k8xx Terms and Conditions
Please read all our rules, terms and policies carefully before using the k8xx platform — this will give you a clear understanding of your rights and responsibilities.
Introduction and Definitions
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") form a legal contract between the k8xx platform and its users. By accessing k8xx.cam or using any of its services, you are considered to have agreed to all these terms. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this platform.
The definitions of some important terms used in this document are given below:
- "Platform" refers to the k8xx.cam website, mobile version and all associated digital services.
- "User" or "Member" refers to any person who holds a registered account on k8xx or uses the platform.
- "Account Balance" refers to the funds held in a member's account.
- "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spins or other rewards granted by k8xx.
- "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka.
k8xx operates as a secure and reliable online gaming platform. We follow SSL encryption and Fair Play principles. The platform is specially designed for players in Bangladesh.
Account Registration and Verification
To create an account on k8xx, users must provide accurate and truthful information. Providing false information may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance.
2.1 Information Required for Registration
- Full legal name (as per national identity card)
- Date of birth (will be verified to confirm age is 21 or above)
- Active email address
- Bangladeshi mobile number
- Preferred payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or bank transfer)
2.2 One Person — One Account Policy
Each person may operate only one account on k8xx. Creating multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are operated from the same device, IP address or payment method, all associated accounts will be closed.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, contact us immediately at [email protected].
Age Restrictions
The k8xx platform is for persons aged 21 or above only. No person under the age of 21 may register on this platform or use any of its services.
At the time of registration, we may request necessary documents (such as a national identity card or passport) to verify your age. If an account holder is found to be under 21, that account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be cancelled.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Deposit Rules
The following payment methods are accepted for depositing funds on k8xx: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳200.
- Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
- Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
- Funds are generally added to your account as soon as a deposit is made.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules
The minimum withdrawal amount on k8xx is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements must be met to withdraw bonus funds (see section 5).
- In cases of suspicious activity, withdrawals may be held for review.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit — up to ৳10,000. This means depositing ৳5,000 lets you start playing with a total of ৳15,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
Any bonus amount must be wagered 25 times before it can be withdrawn (25x wagering requirement). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before withdrawing.
- Only real money bets may count toward wagering — please read the specific bonus terms.
- For sports betting, bets with minimum odds of 1.5 are required to contribute toward wagering.
- If wagering is not completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
5.3 VIP Program
Regular players can participate in our 5-tier VIP program. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
5.4 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus is eligible for use only once (a new bonus cannot be applied if a previous unused bonus is still active).
- k8xx reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If a member is found by k8xx to have attempted to exploit bonuses fraudulently, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
Gaming Policy
k8xx uses software from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming). The terms of service of these providers also apply.
6.1 Fair Play Guarantee
All games on our platform are verified by their respective reputable providers for fair and unbiased results. The outcome of each game is determined impartially through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.
6.2 Game Results
Once a game is complete, its result is final and cannot be changed. If a game is left incomplete due to a technical issue, the relevant bet will be cancelled and the funds returned.
6.3 Winnings
The maximum winnings for a game are determined by the rules of the relevant game provider. k8xx reserves the right to verify the validity of unusually large winnings.
6.4 Disconnection

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the k8xx platform and may result in account closure as well as legal action:
- Operating an account under someone else's identity.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Using bots or automated software to play games.
- Exploiting any technical flaw or vulnerability of the platform.
- Secretly coordinating with other players to influence game results ("collusion").
- Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
- Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party payment account.
- Impersonating platform staff.
- Threatening, harassing or abusive behaviour toward other members.
Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 Closure at User Request
Any member may request closure of their account at any time. Send an email to [email protected] for this purpose. If there is a balance in the account before closure, it may be withdrawn (provided no active bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled).
8.2 Suspension by k8xx
k8xx may suspend or close any member's account in the following circumstances:
- If there is an allegation of a prohibited activity listed in section 7.
- If verification documents are not provided.
- If age verification fails.
- If a review is required under Anti-Money Laundering (AML) rules.
- Under a legal order or regulatory directive.
8.3 Inactive Accounts
If an account remains inactive for 12 consecutive months (no logins or transactions), it will be marked as an "inactive account". In this case, k8xx reserves the right to apply an inactivity service charge. The member will be notified by email in advance.
Limitation of Liability
k8xx or its operating company will not be held responsible for the following:
- Loss caused by the user's own negligence or error.
- Interruption to gameplay due to internet connection issues.
- Technical errors from third-party game providers.
- Issues arising from the user's own device or software.
- Force majeure events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks or government restrictions.
- Financial losses arising from game outcomes — gaming is entirely a personal choice and risk.
k8xx is an entertainment platform. Earnings from gaming are not guaranteed and the possibility of financial loss exists. For that reason, always play within your means and responsibly.
